It's actually Kaname saying it to Zero about their feelings for Yuuki. It happens on chapter 30 in the manga. Zero confronts Kaname about Yuuki's past, then Kaname and he start fighting. After fighting, Kaname tells Zero this to get him to drink his blood to prevent his turn to a level E. You can read it on onemanga.com. I'm glad you like the wall.
Wow!!! I was browsing through VK wallie and found this!!! This is amazing.. But slight spoiler I think, because I only read until vol 4 so, when did Zero say that???? i am sooo curious!
